NON-SMOKING HOTEL.
Immediately after receiving a binding order (booking confirmation), will be sent a pro forma invoice of 50% of the total amount for accommodation. In case, that this deposit will not be paid within 14 working days, your reservation can be canceled.
Payment of the balance is paid by the client after the arrival at the reception desk (cash / credit card).
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card prior to arrival.
In case of the payment from abroad it is possible to agree total payment after the arrival at the hotel - cash / credit card (without any pro forma invoice).
General conditions / cancellation policy
Cancellation must be done in written form and comes into force on the day when it is received and reconfirmed by the TOMMY Hotel. The TOMMY Hotel shall reconfirm the cancellation within 24 hours after receiving it. Written reconfirmation of the cancellation must always be required for the evidence that it has come into force. In case of cancellation the client / commercial partner will receive the prepaid deposit back excluded the bank charges. Special payment and cancellation conditions are valid for groups and incentive events (conditions will be confirmed individually for each reservation).
The services are considered as paid when the relevant due amount is registered by bankers on the TOMMY Hotel´s account or is paid cash in the TOMMY Hotel. In case the invoice is not paid in due time, penalties amounting 0,05% of the total price will be charged per each day of default.
Cancellation policy – individual clients:
- up to 15 days prior to arrival: no fees
- 14 – 2 days prior to arrival: 50% from the total amount of the stay
- 1 – 0 days prior to arrival or no-show: 100% from the total amount of the stay
- Groups are from 12 pax up (or 8 rooms) if not fixed otherwise.
TOMMY Hotel – congress & relax center requires from the client / commercial partner to confirm in writing (by letter or e-mail) the acceptance of the reservation, prices and general conditions. - Up 40 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged
- If cancelled 39 – 31 days prior to arrival 30% of the total costs
- If cancelled 30 – 14 days prior to arrival 60% of the total costs
- If cancelled 13 – 3 days prior to arrival 80% of the total costs
- If cancelled 2- 0 days prior to arrival / no show 100% of the total costs

- In case of cancellation of 5% from the total room capacity – no charge.
- All rooms cancelled on top of these 5% will be charged by 100% cancellation fee from the whole reserved term.
